i know we've been a bit quiet but thats cos we been really busy...
I sat my tort exam on Thursday it was great fun!
Ash has been very busy and we are so excited about all the information we been gathering.
The next few days are gonna be a killer with ramadan starting and everything...

Day 2: of the 30 Day Property Challenge
Hello Everyone,
More research had been carried out today even though it was suppose to be a day with not so much work. That was due to the fact that I was burning with passion to learn about every little thing there is to know.
Jamal has lied to himself by not revising as much and rather putting his energy on this challenge instead. The buzz and the excitement just drives us to rally foward with our plans and passion and as you can see the time is now nearly 3am in the morning.
We had a little meeting whilst smoking sheesha in the Sheesha Bar to discuss our findings so far and how things are going.
Okay then people, I think Jamals already asleep and my time has come aswell. Stay tuned and give us any feedback of what you think.

Day 1: Of The 30 Day Property Challenge
Hi Everyone,
Today is first day of our property challenge. Jamal has been very busy revising for his exam on Thursday and has been doing 2 courseworks which need to be submitted in a couple of days.
I had work in his placement from 9 am till 5pm. We are both feeling very nervous but EXCITED at the same time.
We have done a hell of alot of research and the great news is we have managed to identify an area where we will be targetting.
I got a free day tomorrow and we will be doing alot more research, in fact I am SO EXCITED I don't think I will get much sleep tonight!
Wow! We will be Property Investors in 29 Days!

The 30 Day Property Challenge!
Hi Folks,
It is now midnight, Monday 25th August we Jamal Ahmed and Ahshanul Hoque are smoking a mint sheesha and had a lightbulb moment so we decided to set ourselves the biggest, most toughest and gruelling challenge of all times! It will either make us or break us.
The challenge is to become successful property investors in 30 days, thats right 30 days!We have very little or no knowledge between us right now but thought it would be a great challenge considering that the media is telling us what a bad time it is to invest in property.Yes we like doing things the hard way!
